The hope of every online marketing campaign is to “go viral”. Did you ever wonder how viral images and videos got so popular?
Some articles and infographics like the one below will give you a list of elements that must be present for an item to go viral. It’s still a long shot, but having these elements will at least give your content a shot of being spread around the web.
The main concept is to make the content sharable and unique. That usually involves something being bold, emotionally charged, or even shocking. I think that items 1 and 2 from this infographic are the most important — your content will be more sharable if you take a stand, and do it in an original way.
